Lillies Bordello
Speaking of Lillies Bordello, well, I don't like Lillies. Whenever I would walk down that side of Grafton Street where the alley comes out, the bouncers would refuse me entry to the alley when I didn't even want entry to the alley - I would just be walking past.
The bouncers at Buskers on Fleet Street in Temple Bar would do this to me also causing me to cross the street rather than walk directly past them.
So to this day I have a network of routes I follow when walking around Dublin to prevent bouncers lowering my self-esteem any further by denying me entry to pubs and nightclubs I'm not trying to enter. Trickier than Joyce's Dublin puzzle.
